Our long-time desire to increase our activity in the field of high end holiday rentals, while maintaining the quality of the services we provide, is now being implemented through our new collaboration. We have acquired a dynamic, top-quality partner in (the face of) Beyond Spaces. We are confident that we can now deliver the services of luxury country house rentals in the best manner. Beyond Spaces specializes exclusively in the field of luxury holiday homes both in Greece and abroad. Knowing them, we can tell they share our love for real estate. They are passionate about hospitality, design, art and culture, but most of all, about detail and service.
They represent properties in diverse locations around Greece, and their goal is to always create a memorable experience, in “a home away from home” for their guests. Today, they manage more than 400 properties, in 26 Greek locations, shaping the field of luxury holiday home rentals, into a “unique hospitality experience”. In 2020, we were delighted to see their team move into their successful “real estate through invitation” service, by which they acquired a portfolio of luxury holiday homes, in popular as well as unique locations worldwide. They said that “the term luxury has evolved, and companies must follow”. We agreed, and added that luxury, also means “service” and benefits.
