Mykonos

Mykonos, also referred to as “Ibiza of Greece” or the “Island of the Winds”, is a cosmopolitan island and amongst the most popular destinations every summer season.

Located in the center of the Aegean sea, it has the most beautiful sandy beaches with amazing waters in all shades of blue. It is a paradise for surfers, has a vivid nightlife, including trendy bars and selected restaurants, gay friendly spots and offers accommodation in exclusive hotels and spa resorts. Mykonos is also famous for its main town, a characteristic sample of Cycladic architecture, with its lovely white houses and paved streets and the traditional windmills. 

The small island of Delos with its archaeological site is nearby and surely worth a visit and Mykonos is connected to many other islands for a combined vacation.

Accessible by ferry boats from Athens Piraeus Port, a trip of approximately 3 to 5 hours or by plane.
